This policy explains how S BULLET AI handles personal information and provides clear information about subscription cancellation and refund requests. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and any plan-specific terms presented at purchase.

2. How We Use Information

Where a user provides consent to receive SMS or other messages, the telephone number and messaging consent are used for the purposes described when consent is obtained.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except service providers necessary to deliver or support the messaging service, or where required by law.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing a product or service. Message frequency may vary and message/data rates may apply. Where supported, users may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.
4. AI Voice Communications
S BULLET AI provides AI-powered voice and communication functionality for reception, customer support, sales enquiries, appointment handling and business operations. Information supplied during an interaction may be processed to perform the requested workflow, maintain security and provide the service.
Customers using S BULLET AI are responsible for configuring and using communication features in accordance with laws applicable to their business, including any notice or consent requirements for calls, recordings or automated communications.
5. Service Providers & International Processing
We may use trusted providers for hosting, databases, telecommunications, email, payment processing, analytics, security and artificial intelligence infrastructure. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Information may be processed in countries other than the user's country. Where legally required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
6. Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Subscription Cancellation
Unless different terms are displayed for your plan, cancellation prevents the subscription from renewing for the next billing period. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the period already paid for.
- Cancellation requests should be made through available account controls or by contacting support@sbulletai.com.
- We may ask the customer to verify account ownership.
- Customers should submit cancellation requests before the next renewal date to avoid a new billing cycle.
- Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for a billing period already started.
9. Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly promised under a specific offer, payments are not automatically refundable merely because a subscription is cancelled.
A refund or account credit may be considered, subject to applicable law, for a verified duplicate or erroneous charge, a confirmed billing error attributable to S BULLET AI, a significant technical failure of a paid S BULLET AI service that materially prevented use and could not reasonably be resolved, or another circumstance expressly approved by S BULLET AI or required by law.
Refunds may be refused where the service was substantially used during the relevant billing period, the request relates only to a change of mind after service activation, the account violated applicable terms, or the issue resulted from third-party systems, customer configuration or circumstances outside S BULLET AI's reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Contact support@sbulletai.com with the account email, invoice or payment reference if available, the reason for the request and relevant details. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing time can depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, practices or legal requirements. The current version will be published here with an updated revision date.
